Yin Yang

Our class intermingles yin and yang postures, the perfect balance for our busy lifestyles. Starting with a flowing, Vinyasa yoga (Yang), to get the body and stagnant energy moving. We begin to open, both physically and mentally.
Drawing on Chinese medicine philosophy of releasing and restoring Yin Yoga practice. With mindful long held floor based asana/postures (3-5 mins); resulting in a delicious release and ‘letting go’ of those tight held areas of tension we all carry and store.
