Kids & Teens Yoga

Kids classes teach children mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. These will help with concentration, building self-esteem, reduce stress, anxiety and help be HAPPIER children. Yoga is for children of all ages and the practice of asana/postures and fun games will also further improve strength, flexibility and coordination.
